Pancake machines SIKOM allow you to shape and bake pancakes of square or rectangular shape. Thanks to their use, the pancakes get an ideal shape, in addition, the required pancake thickness is set on the carriage. A long cast iron roasting surface is used as follows: on its first part, a pancake is formed and baked on one side, and after turning it over onto the second part of the roaster, it is baked on the other side and filled with filling.
